International relations and public affairs leader with over 25 years of experience advancing global Internet governance, government engagement, and multistakeholder diplomacy. A former ICANN-GAC Vice-Chair and early ICANN staff member. I have contributed directly to foundational processes such as WSIS, the IGF, and the IANA stewardship transition. I led ICANN’s regional engagement in Latin America and APNIC’s outreach in Asia-Pacific. A multilingual and empathetic leader, I am committed to mentoring the next generation and advancing diversity in policy and technical domains.
