The NRIs Coordination Session is an annual collaborative and open work meeting with the National, Regional, and Youth IGF Initiatives (NRIs), alongside representatives from the broader IGF community. Developed in an inclusive and bottom-up manner, the session provides a platform for diverse stakeholders to discuss and shape the role of NRIs in addressing pressing global challenges and advancing digital governance.
This year, the session will focus on the exchange of practices related to Internet governance mechanisms, offering the global community an opportunity to learn from concrete experiences and approaches emerging from local and regional contexts. The goal is to foster mutual learning, identify shared priorities, and strengthen the collective impact of the NRIs network within the global IGF process.
The format of the session is an open roundtable exchange moderated by the UN IGF Secretariat.
