About me
Bachelor of Laws and Master's student at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (Brazil). Works as a researcher at the Data Privacy Brasil Research Association, researching themes related to border surveillance, data protection and digital Identity. His academic interests rely on the intersections between Law, Political Economy and Internet Governance. In his master's dissertation he is researching the role of Internet Community Networks as an enabler os the right to Internet access in Brazil.
